This is an issue that has basically been swept under the Rug. I remember back a few years ago when the Topic was all over the Place and there was a fight against bullying. It is sad that it has been given up on simply because it is not creating income for those who supposedly cared. My kid use to get Bullied on the School Bus and the School did nothing, it took me going onto the Bus one day and setting the Driver straight (I was nice about it, but got my point across).
