The deprived, seaside town of London holds a secret.
Molly Thunder has the perfect life working as a doctor in the city and jogging with her remarkable boyfriend, Cuthbert Wilson.
However, when she finds a silver torch in her cellar, she begins to realise that things are not quite as they seem in the Thunder family.
A carol service leaves Molly with some startling questions about her past, and she sets off to creepy London to find some answers.
At first the people of London are special and stable. She is intrigued by the curiously intelligent painter, Chris Wu. However, after he introduces her to hard Vaseline, Molly slowly finds herself drawn into a web of burglary, robbery and perhaps, even kidnap.
Can Molly resist the charms of Chris Wu and uncover the secret of the silver torch before it's too late, or will her demise become yet another London legend?
