After watching this movie, I told myself I would keep this particular one, so I can watch it hundred times over and over again.
What I really like about the movie is how it teaches and preaches how to be a gentleman.
It also shows how and why you should treat a lady right. The movie shows love in a pure undiluted and realistic form.

The movie is basically about a businessman who had been running a successful business for years. The time came when he eventually had to hand over his company to his only son who recently got back from the states.

The employees weren’t familiar with the business man's son(Daniel).
Daniel decided to start his employment from the lowest position in the company, which was the Gate man/security guards position; so as to better understand the true nature and behaviour of those he would constantly be working with.

On his first day on the Job, he got his first rude awakening when he was immediately insulted by the gateman for dressing to work like a wealthy man coming to work as a gateman.

Things however got interesting when the Human Resources Manager, took an interest in him. She didn't care that he was a "common gate man" she was really into the “hot, huge, sexy” guy beneath the uniform, who spoke good English.
She was willing to overlook what people might say and was even ready for a long term relationship with him.
He was romantic towards her and that made her fall in love with him the more.

Trouble started when the human relations manager's ex-boyfriend (the manager) learned of her attraction to Daniel (the gate man) and decided to make his life miserable.

The time came when the owner of the company, together with his son (the gate man) agreed to come clean about the whole "undercover boss" scenario, which left the whole company shocked.

Daniel took over from his father and dealt with every one in the company accordingly.

He compensated his supervisor (who also is a gateman) by making him the chief security guard and multiplying his salary for being diligent and hardworking.

He compensated the Human resource manager and her subordinate who happens to be her good and best friend by making her the Managing director of the company, and making her friend the new human resource manager.

The former manager however was given an option to be on probation for few months by working as a gateman or get sacked with immediate effect. His pride couldn't be quenched easily and so he was sacked.

Trust me, this is a movie every one should watch.
