I'm glad we live in an earthquake free zone - the most I ever experienced was rattling cupboard doors - but that may have been the Cupboard Door Slammer...yeah, like Wesley, a familial ghost LOL!!
I don't think there are any "earthquake free" zones anywhere... ;)
Maybe "earthquake reduced?" :)
