The question posed in the title is not answered in the article, so it is misleading. Moreover, the 'recent studies' and numbers you throw around near the end lack references.

Probably you're right, the article doesn't give your an exact answer. The article presents a situation and each reader has the possibility to extract their answer. Next time I'll try to be more specific.
