Love the sun and it will love you back - Recharge your Spiritual Body

Hi Steemians

I started sun gazing for two weeks now. I discovered this ancient technique of sun gazing, while listening to an interview on Youtube. It is an easy technique with great benefits. You dont require a Guru and it doesnt cost anything. It requires only some minutes of your time.

These days we became so busy that we dont look up at the sky. While some people look at the flying birds and UFO's, we are busy looking at our Social Media accounts.

The sun has been worshiped by many ancient civilization. The Shamans, ancient Egyptians, Aztecs and many others looked at it as a powerful planet with many hidden secrets. The sun is energy and the source of life. It is the most important planet in our solar system and the leader of all the planets.

Our ancestors knew the role of the sun and the benefits of sun gazing. A secret that was kept hidden until the humanity started realizing how important the planets and the nature are.
Remember how happy you feel when you go on holidays or during the spring and summer seasons! The sun nourishes and recharges life on this planet. It effects our physical and spiritual bodies. It effects our health, our mood and attitudes. It balances our bodies and heals the illness.

How to practice sun gazing
You need to practice sun gazing only one time in your life for 9 months. You start looking at the rising or setting sun one time per day. The sun doesnt harm your eyes in the safe hours (sun rise and sun set).
In the first day stand on bare earth with bare foot and look for a maximum of 10 seconds. The second day look for 20 seconds and continue adding ten seconds every succeeding day.

Benefits of sun gazing
It strengthens the immune system and recharges our body with pure solar energy. It increases the pineal gland size and enhances the spiritual power.

In 1922 the Imperial Medical College in London decreed that solar rays were the ideal food for humans. Many sun gazers and yogis have remained without food for a long period. One of them is the famous Shri Hira Ratan Manek who remained 411 days without food, feeding on the solar energy and water.

This is a very safe practice if you do it in the safe hours and even NASA confirms it. I am practicing it now for some days and feel very comfortable looking at the sun without problems.

It is not about the vitamin D. It is more about spiritual power.

Especially morning sun is more impotant in our life .when you go in that mornig sunshine your body will recieve vitamin C.and this gives energye and helps us to stay for long time.

Need to train myself to practice at sunrise. Until now I do in only in the evening.
