Last Monday Night.

The world was passing by, fast, and nothing could stop it. You could sit in one place, but life will cause you to move. Nothing stays everything moves. Looking at the busy street below he couldn't help but think that all those people were actually moving around him. He was the centre of their world. It was so obvious if he stretched his arms to infinity around him, he was the centre of his universe. You are the centre of your Universe too.

Looking up from the street below him, he turned and looked at the door behind him. The reason for this, an urge to open and see what was hidden behind it. Four months he lived in this room, but that door he never opened. Better keep it closed the note said. Yes, there was a note pinned to the door, that wrote "To the owner of the room, this note is a warning. Do not open this door". As he finished the last sentence, he felt his arm stretch towards the door his fingers nearly touching the cold brass doorknob, when his eyes darkened, pure fear gripping his chest. He never went close to the door again.

But this Monday night was different, he could not understand why, but the door was calling for him. How? No sound came from behind it, no Siren song. So why after so many months of living in this room, why now. You would feel it too if you were here staring at the door. You would want to open the door. You know you would.
