Today is a beautiful day, I know it could be a strange assertion, but still coming from the doctor after the regular check up of my disease called Alzheimer, but practically saying slowly running out of the memory, it seems that for the moment I am OK or at least not so progressive as it was supposed....and that is just wonderful.

I was teached to write all the things, I was instructed to never leave the phone and to have my address written all over (practically a tattoo), but the best suggestion is to be linked to something, to be active, to approach also the internet and I found Steemit, which really help me a lot, even I do not understand all what is about, but I do not care about power, dollars etc.... I do prefer to write, investigate, search and be part of something which is for sure moving and for me moving in the right direction.

So when the time will come, my memories will be partially written also on Steemit and I will have the time to read again and again and understand what it was and to enjoy memories. For the moment I can notice just that I am becoming a weaker chess player (grandson beating me regularly), but maybe I was never so good.

Thanks for that, Steemit Community, before I was even not active on Facebook ( I did not have a profile at all) or similar, but here I have really a good feeling and it helps me a lot, even sometimes my posts are completely out of any cryptocurrencies rush and today frenetic life, but that is freedom about and for that we fought.

Try getting your hands on some quality l-arginine. The amino acid has shown to be closely related to alzheimers. Both in so called vascular induced dementia, and alzheimers. In alzheimers patients studies has shown that the body "eats up" l-arginine.

Take a look at this study on a group of people with dementia. Went from 16 to 23 in 3 months with just 1,6 grams l-arginine per day. Considering dementia is defined by being under 20 on this scale, these people was by definition not demented after these 3 months. 1,6 grams is really not much as some are using up to 30 grams each day depending on the need.

A good l-arginine-hack is to supply it during the day, as l-arginine is used fast by the body. Another trick is to add 1/6 of l-citrulline to both boost the l-arginine and give the l-arginine a more time released effect.

I can provide more tips if you find this helpful. There is a strong correolation between cognitive improving natural agents, mood improvment and dementia prevention.
