Revolution loom in Nigeria

Charly Boy and a revolution postponed

I am forced by the event of today to return from a self-imposed sabbatical. Nigeria is speedily sliding into doom and some idiots can't help but have a loud laugh. They foolishly do not know that the catastrophic ethnic conflagration the lynching of Charley Boy would have caused would rather had shown mercy to no one. JP Clark was apt in his legendary Poem 'casualties' where he posited that, all are at different estimations; casualties when war strikes.

World over, protests are never capital offences. Even in Kingdoms governed by animals, protests are never met with deaths. Charley Boy is a citizen of this country who has every right to repudiate institutional dysfunctionalities. Those who attempted to lynch him would have had a lot on their plates before nightfall If they had succeeded.

The deafening quietness of the intellectual community to the misnomer of a sitting President spending a hundred days outside his jurisdiction is one huge oversight that will hunt this country for a long time. That no one is talking is a confirmation that the elite has so spuriously conspired to rape this nation of all that is left of its dignity, and that a few voices crying from the wilderness are being viciously hunted is a joke even hell wont find funny.

Make no mistake, friends. Nigerians aren't the cowards the ruling class mistakenly take us for.. The bourgeoisie ousted in ignominy by the Arab spring never prognosticated such doom in their weirdest imaginations. They sat on the heads and graves of the helplessly oppressed and had the misconception of eternal invisibility. Buhari and his Fulani oligarchs are beginning to push the rest of us too far. Watch it, guys, it won't be long.
