Aunt and Niece Struggling in a Minneapolis Homeless Camp
Carol and Corrina have been in Minneapolis's tent city for only a couple of weeks. Yet this aunt and niece hope to be able to leave soon.
Carol (left) wants a home to enjoy time with her children and grandchildren. Corrina wants to go to trade school to become an electrician.
They were gracious with their time and openness, talking about their lives and the issues within the Native community. Look for their insights in my upcoming documentary on homelessness, to be featured this fall on my YouTube channel The Periphery: https://www.youtube.com/c/theperiphery
