Nice read and I guess many of us can relate. I have been doing this for a while and still fall for FOMO and FUD at times but not that often. By far the best tactic for me, if I look back since I started, has been buy and hold.

    Thanks, @exyle. I totally agree with your tactic! Buy and hold is my strategy too. The patience part is difficult at times.
