in a maze
of narrow opinions,
everyone brandishing
their ragged flags to wave.
into the breach
of each new day
we see the horrors
of how quickly
life can turn
the breeze can rush,
blowing away
the tangle of our problems
of all uncertainties,
fetching us
from where we fall.
