As a spirit experiencing a human experience, one of the difficulty we come to face very early on in our lives is to find a differentiation between the reality of our being and what is seemingly ourselves on the outside. Believing what the mirror says so loudly all our lives is like believing the smoking mirrors of truth of the shadows world... I love your writing, its humility, frankness and pace. Thank you @eric-boucher. I think we bring expectations and values that aren't our own to the mirror, and that's when the shadows come in. All people are beautiful, but a lack of center gives a skewed vision. It's hard to get back to grounded when the world seems to be moving at a fast pace and always away from the now we need to stay with. Namaste.
I really appreciate your words of wisdom there, I surely can relate. Usually, the faster and less grounded the world becomes around me, the more I tend to "sit like a mountain", stay put, breathe and slow down. It usually greatly helps. Namaste :)
