6 Things you should do when you wake up.

1.- Stretch your arms and smile, this activity will give you a feeling of joy and it is perfect that this is your first activity.

2.-Now that you are awake exercise your mind, meditating giving thanks for this new prosperous and magnificent day wishes the best for you with a feeling of great happiness.

3.-Get up with encouragement and very important breakfast knowing that these foods will give your body energy and good health enjoy this moment.

4.- Put a nice music and dance or exercise 10 minutes stretching your whole body is necessary to tone your muscles. The practice of Yoga is excellent.

5.- Dúchate the water is necessary to hydrate your skin and make it look healthy and the perfumes of soap, creams or colognes will make you feel relaxed and with good attitude to start the day.

6-Remember to drink water, while doing this is still in the process of giving your body good feelings, then sit down with a notebook and plan your day.

Happiness is within your reach just take it is your decision.
