The travails of Corp members

Often times when youths are asked to serve their fatherland, many, including the youths believe that there will be some side benefits asides the allowance being paid to them. Little would they know that it is just a journey through another form of exploitation. It ranges from the bikeman who would give an outrageous price for a trekable distance to the market woman who hikes the price once you are seen in the uniform. The landlords also add their own bit. Oh... The taxi man? He would call a distance you can get to in a jiffy at an outrageous price . All these make me wonder if we are meant to be exploited because we get meagre amount #19800?
