You have a good pace going, and having two chapters without Dee and Sy is a great way to hook and pull your reader along (even when she's supposed to be making lunch haha) I'll Be Back haha!

That was exactly the idea, break things up a little with Drucker and Doug. Thought for a long while where to fit them into the main story but this seemed the best place.
