Definition of stress

Stress is when u treck 5km to work, just to get there and realise that the office key is at home.

You bottle up all the emotions this time and treck back home, leaving the heavy bag at the office door, u went home, now the house key is actually in the bag u left. So u boil up a little bit, work must continue. U treck back to the office pick up the bag angrily and make ur way back to the house.

On getting home u dip ur hand inside the bag and see the office key.

So u sit on the floor, locate the nearest plantain tree with ur eye and shout.
