Educator's role in developing frienship in a child

Human beings are social creatures, and socializing is needed to us right from our childhood.
Children loved to play with their friends, and right from their young age, they learn socialization at school.
They laugh together, study and do almost similiar things together.
With this activities they develop social skills in them, which plays crucial role in their life.
But there are some rejected children at school, They are ignored by their classmates due to many reasons like learning disabilities.
They are seen as a low status child among the class.
They are in a painfull position and its teacher role at school to help them in recovering their problem.
Firstly, teacher should not try the way of punishment first, suppose if a educator punish Ram for ignoring Shyam, Their will be a feeling of resentment towards Shyam in the class,besides from that Techer should help Shyam(the rejected child) to know the reason why he has been ignored, He can help The child to develop his talent so that he can improve his status in class.
Secondly, Its teacher role to develop social skills among all students, teacher should try their best to make students realize the benefits of socializing,They should know that ignoring others is not good for them.
Thirdly, He should arrange some time in which students can socialize, like organizing a game class or group discussions,so that students can talk to each other.
Fourthly, Teacher can also give a leadership role to the rejected child, so that the other students are dependent on him.
Also,if the rejected child are not capable to do his duty, teacher should assists him.
Teacher should be aware of his students, otherwise it will be hopeless task for the rejected child to came even at school.
