Appearance of the husband for me is not important

I already had a wedding with a former classmate, when I met another guy, he worked in the next department. He immediately liked me, but I could not even admit it.

With the groom we were friends from school, then friendship grew into love and we decided to get married. My parents were happy with this decision, because they also knew him for a long time and they always liked him.

And now I thought that hurried with the wedding, when my new friend named John once invited me to a date. I said that I have a fiancé and after two months a wedding, but it did not bother him. He said that I will have a wedding, but only with him.

Then I refused, but he showed such perseverance that I could not stand it and agreed. After the first date, I realized that besides him, I do not need anyone. We had a lot in common with the groom, whereas with John we sometimes quarreled and argued.

John did not like my friends. He was a little lower than me and slightly overweight, but I did not notice it. He was very caring, and immediately felt his reliability.

I did not want to hurt the groom, but I had to say that the wedding is canceled. Parents could not understand why I did it and what I found in it. But no arguments worked on me, I realized that I really fell in love.

I have been married for eight years and during this time I have never regretted it. John and I have two daughters, I do not work yet, I am engaged in home and children, my husband provides a family and helps me in everything. And the fact that everyone says that he is not handsome does not make any difference to me. He is the most precious person for me.
