Those words reached one of the wise men at the monastery of Oyo , who called his novitiates together after their evening meal. “ You have heard it said
that Abbot Joseph has no further temptations to overcome, ” he said.

The wise man said "The lack of a struggle weakens the soul of a man. Let us ask that God send down a powerful temptation to Ola Ajao. And, if he is able to
conquer that temptation, let us ask for more and more. And when he is once again struggling to overcome
temptation, let us pray that he never says: 'my God, take this devil away from me. ' Let us pray that instead he asks:
'God, gimme the strength to win out over evil'"
