What is this tank in my attic?

So for awhile now there has been this tank above my attic in the eaves of my house. I'm currently not 100% what it could be. Some say it's a Gravity hot water heater or a pressure relief system for the radiators in the house. It looks vintage 1900s and really cool. If anyone knows what it could be, just leave it down below in the comments. Thanks!
