2019 will see the 80th anniversary of the start of World War II which ran from 1st September 1939 to 2nd September 1945. This exciting project is aiming to commemorate the events of these 6 momentous and world changing years through daily podcast episodes, each covering what happened on that day 80 years before and accompanied by a daily article published on this website with additional material, historical research, comment and analysis.
