MIND OR HEART?, a poem (original)

A mind that dictates
A heart that beats
What my mind dictates for?
Whom my heart beats for?

My heart says "I Love You"
But my mind says "No"
It pushes me to eagerness
And drop me to foolishness

Whenever our eyes met
I wanna utter how I feel
Craving to hold you
Wondering if you think it too

Now my mind is saying,
" Give up this silly feeling"
But, my heart is telling,
"Just keep in hoping"

It really drives me insane
Yet makes me more vain
Confused from the start
Asking, "Is it mind or heart?"
