Yes we can understand buddy...Winter snowfall can go from beautiful to deadly in a matter of hours. Whether you're at home, on the road, or camping in the wilderness, and it's even the worst if you need to buy something from the place far from your home..as you said above...and yes cars can be a safe place at that time but even cars can be blocked by the snowfall...it's really dangerous situation buddy...God help them who is suffering problem like this...
