There is a lot of good information, but Daniel McGinnis was a grown man that had already fought in the war on the Loyalist side. He had moved from The Isle of Skye in Scotland to North Carolina when he was 16. He was my great+5 grandfather and I wrote about him in, "The Oak Island Connection." Isn't this season of "The Curse of Oak Island" exciting? I am looking forward to this weeks episode.
