story This was a good friend of mine when he used to work as a faskel in the Empowerment Program, and now he's been working on a big project in the town of langsa. He is very generous, loyalty, good manners and very humorous ,, for me he was inspiration in terms of work, we worked together in the humanity empowerment program ,, hard and happy we passed together ,, he already has a wife and family His son 3, my friend is very much different age, he is about 46 years old, while I am 30 years old, I with him have not met for almost 2 years ,, hopefully we can meet again in the future ,,,

In this case he works as a project supervisor, the project he does is large, in whatever conditions he is very optimistic and responsible, he is very firm in making decisions and wise,

Maybe here i will share my knowledge about pile foundation theory
The pile foundation is part of a construction made of wood, concrete, and steel used to transmit surface loads to lower surface levels in the soil. Where the pile foundation is used to support the building when a strong soil layer is located very deep. This is the vertical distribution of the load along the pile shaft or the load loading directly to the lower layer through the end of the pile.
The pile is solely in convenience only because all the piles serve as a combination of side resistance and tip support except when the pile pierces through very soft soil to the solid ground.
The pile is generally used for several purposes and purposes:

• to carry the weight of a building located above water or soft soil to a strong support ground
• to extend the load to a relatively strong soil to a certain depth so that the foundation of the building is able to provide sufficient support to support the load by friction of the side of the pole with the surrounding soil
• to incite buildings affected by uplifting forces due to hydrostatic pressures or rolling moments
• to withstand horizontal forces and oblique forces
