RE: Deescalating and working towards a mutually beneficial solution

in #stopthepowerdown6 years ago

I have the liberty to run whatever code on my witness as I so choose.

Why should steemit be held at gun point for blackmail, theft or suffer having to be told what to do with their stake? I seriously do not get it. I am not that knowledgeable about crypto, and blockchain technology, but it seems as if more than a few people want to tell him how to spend HIS money.

I do know that lately there have been a lot of the witnesses acting like and becoming @beniesanders. People have the right to post, to vote, to flag however they want. They have the right to buy, sell or trade however much they want. Why are so many witness taking the *Do as I say, Not as I do attitude.

That is what all this make believe drama is doing. A repeat of 2018 early months only instead of @berniesanders and @haejin it is @ - insert witness name - and @ned. I think it is time that All the witnesses stop the threats.

Point out one Business that @ned has tried to tell them how or what to do with their money!! Has he told blocktrades what to do with their stake? Has he told Steem Monsters what to do with their stake? has he told any of the front ends like patiko or busy what they can and can not do with their stake?

It is his company. If he wants to run it into the ground that is his business. If steemit were to go away tomorrow busy would still be here, partiko would still be here, and from what everyone keeps saying steem and the steem blockchain will still be here. Just that steemit may not. I have seen and read a lot of post about people needing to separate out what steem is and what steemit is and what steem blockchain is. From all accounts steemit.inc is a privately held company.

The original signup page that was available when I signed up stated very clearly Experimental.
