97% of companies in London's FTSE 100 (stock index) earn only 29% of their revenue from outside the UK. So while the British Pound depreciates to other currencies like the US Dollar, Euro, and Japanese Yen, companies in the UK actually have an increase in their earnings on a Pound basis.

Most of the time, we've seen the FTSE 100 gain momentum in times of a weak Pound, this time they're going down together. This means there's either a great amount of irrationality in British markets (coincidentally happening worldwide) or there is a sudden appreciation to the Pound Sterling coming due to significant political events. Observing UK during this political uncertainty has been incredibly intriguing and it's like to get more interesting as events progress.A Look into the FTSE's Revenue

Yeah i think when the brexit comes the FTSE will drop down. Airbus and the city go out of England. The only way to change the situation is not to leave europe.
