Sorting through all the crap in trading education
As an new trader I am constantly bombarded with offers to take various high priced trading courses that will supposedly make me a better trader. Unfortunately I can't afford any of them. So I bought a few books that are on the reading study list to become a Certified Market Technician (this is a good way to sort through all the crappy get rich quick trading books) and I spend a lot of time watching free youtube videos on the subject. The problem with this is there are so many different channels spewing so much different contradictory information at you that if your not careful it can be detrimental to your trading. 9 out of 10 are also trying to sell you something and give you as little free information as they can get away with as an attempt to hook you into buying into their course or trading room. Here's a few youtube channels I found to be actually helpful in no particular order. If I think of anymore I'll be sure to mention them. Remember take every piece of trading advice with a grain of salt. Some of these educators might of been good traders ten or fifteen years ago, but the markets have changed a lot since then. Avoid any videos where the guy is trading on the beach or flashing money around.
