How are these bubbles going to burst. Looking at the LQD, shows a major topping pattern. This now provides us with an almost decade long line in the sand.
If the LQD drops below the 115 and 110 levels then we are likely to see a massive drop in both the stock and corporate bond markets.
This is problematic because there is $2.5 trillion more of corporate debt than there was a decade ago.
