Introduction
The purpose of this post is to demonstrate the YTD performance of domestic and international stocks and bonds by comparing various Vanguard index funds. As demonstrated by the graphs, bonds have been significantly more stable than stocks. Recently, domestic stocks pulled ahead of international bonds in terms of performance. I will continue to track the progress of these index funds in future posts.

YTD Performance

Note - Chart also reflects the periodic dividends paid by the various funds (stocks - quarterly; bonds - monthly)

That's great and the chart is reflecting the whole story and in my opinion bonds are really stable in comparison of stocks because in my opinion stocks are more ownership holder and the stocks are more liquid in nature and the graphs of stocks can change frequently. Thanks for sharing this informative post with us and wishing you an great day. Stay blessed. 🙂
