Wall Street Secrets Revealed #2 – Did You Buy The Milk This Week???
This past week, both the Crypto and Stock Market have given us the opportunity we have all been waiting for to 'buy the dip.' However, very few of us will take advantage of this opportunity because it’s easier said than done for the Retail Investor.
We all want to buy low and sell high, but that goes against our natural survival instincts. When a crypto or stock is falling, we dump it because we are scared of losing money. When a crypto or stock is rising, we buy it because of fear of missing out (FOMO). Similarly, humans are conditioned to follow the crowd. When prices are low, sentiment tends to be overwhelmingly negative and many will sell. Similarly, when the price is high, it is difficult to just let go and sell.
However, keep things simple. Would you buy a gallon of milk for $10? No, because it’s not worth $10. So, why would you buy Bitcoin at $20,000 and the Dow at all-time highs? The difference between Retail Investors and The Professionals is they know how to value a crypto and/or a stock. Learning how to value a crypto and/or a stock, without emotions is part of the journey of joining the 5% of traders/investors who are successful. I’m here to tell you the MILK is on sale now.
