STINC delegations might affect witness votes less directly, but still
I was replied twice that delegated Steem-Power does not affect voting power of any of the 2 parties involved in a delegation.
A delegation still:
- increases curation rewards
- potentially mutual votes.
- grants quite a bit of weight to the receiver of a delegation.
- Helps channels owned STEEM in a more flexible way to achieve desired goals.
- Increases deterrence against potential downvoters, which at least potentially increases author rewards
- Increases both author and curation rewards in cases of self votes.
- Allows a freer behavior due to increased RCs (Resource Credits)
- Most importantly, in the case of STINC delegations to self proclaimed and semi-official abuse police, large abusers pay their protection fees to the corrupt cartel/police by voting to their witnesses, and hence despite the self vote to own witness is not affected by the delegations as directly as I thought, it still affects their witness ranking.
I write this as another continuation to one o

The sole purpose of the busy tag here is to get the busy.pay vote.
