I don´t drink alcohol, but I like people brewing their own beer, stilling or making wine of their own, as I regard that as an important cultural technique and it is good to have some diversity in that field too and not leave everything to centralised multinational corporations.
Could not agree more. It feels great to have build my own still and know how to work it. Thanks.
