Hello everyone!

Today I want to share with you my entry for the Sticky note challenge #011, this week’s theme is Toucan!
I was inspired by their colorful beaks.

The materials I used were:

• Sticky notes.
• Glue stick.
• Eraser.
• Mechanical pencil.
• Black fine line marker.
• Paint brush.
• Washable markers.
• Water.

Step 1.

First I glued 4 sticky notes, so I could have enough space to to what I wanted.

Step 2.

I sketched the toucan with.

Step 3.

With the washable markers I painted the background first with different shades of green.

Step 4.

With a paint brush I added water to the paper where the green was, so it would blend together.

Step 5.

I painted the toucan’s beak with different colors of markers, painted the chest in light yellow with and the shading in dark yellow and the face in light green and blue, the body in black and grey and the stick in which the toucan is standing in 3 shades of brown, dark medium and light.
