Looks like they had something in place that was somewhat ineffective but have since updated the process.
If you had someone use your link and it didnt work, your best bet is to get on either bitcointalk or there telegram channel and talk to them.
They said they are going to manually review those with problems, assuring everyone will get what they deserve.

I came to know the world of cryptos very recently but I've traded stocks and options for several years and you're right it was a shock to see how limited most of the exchanges are for crypto in their functionality.
I'd love to see one that offers all the options you've explained here. I'll definitely want to check this out.

How many new coins and ico are there?

And I invested in Indorse that is taking forever.

I keep a good eye on Icos as they have become very lucrative investments... atleast certain ones, i try my best to weed out the bad ones.
Any ico you see me post about, i have done the research to make sure it is legit and something i would personally invest into.
Obviously, I cant guaruntee instant profits - But i have been right on many recently, and all of them are currently successful projects...
Plus, this project has raised 3k eth in 3 weeks during pre ico! It will be a great one
