Gym Progress 11/15/2018

Another week lapse..after a 3 week lapse.

I was surprised last week when I finally showed up at the gym and didn't seem to see a drop-off.

Well, this time I saw some definite fallback.

  • Leg press 145 @12; 147.5 @ 14 & 16
  • Cable hip abduction 15 @ 8, 9, & 11
  • Bench Press 20 @ 10, 12, 14
  • Bicep Curl 25 @ 8, 10, & 12
  • Seated Dip 65 @ 10, 12, 14
  • Forward Shoulder raise 15 @ 10, 12, & 14
  • Back row 100 @ 10, 10, & 9

I just ran out of gas on the back row. My hiatal hernia was also hinting at a little reflux on the stomach work. So I didn't do the lower back, stomach, and HIT cardio exercises I had planned.

I had parked across the street, so I got a little cardio in after the workout, but nothing major...maybe 2 minutes of low intensity.
