I understand.. So, if the ideal is to be as far as possible from the axis of rotation of the Earth, the optimum point is the equator.
Putting some numbers out that someone on the surface of the Earth at the equator is revolving around the Earth's center at about 1670 km / h. And a rocket launched from the equator would need to accelerate "only" 27130 km / h, which is the 28800 km / h necessary for the orbit minus the 1670 km / h it already has.
It seems a minimal help but it is very important. If you have to accelerate less you need less fuel, so the rocket will weigh less and may be smaller, which also leads to lower fuel consumption.
One last detail in case you had not thought about it, the rockets have to be launched towards the east, which is where the Earth turns.
