Well, cesarean section should be carried out strictly under sterile conditions. So babies delivered through this process should be "sterile". Sterile in double quotes because the fact is being revisited by researchers and some interesting discoveries are being made, and this includes finding some bacteria (not necessarily pathogens) in the placenta and amniotic fluid.
