Thanks Addempsea. I wouldn't say there's or there's not a ranking of these factors as it is not easy to rank them. But what you should know is that some factors are equally important and would be at the forefront for decision making. Factors like the raw material source, energy and proximity to the consumers would have same weight and will most likely be the first to be considered. However, everything boils down to what the need of the organization is.
