Sabah Ngiu Chap

Beef Noodle Soup , or in Cantonese “ngau chap” but in Sabah we speak lots of Hakka, so we say “Ngiu Cgap”.

Portion wise, 6/10. Taste wise 6.8/10.

Location: Penampang Ngiu Chap (Jalan Pintas)

Need carbs to burn fats and sizing, another heavy swim coming later. I ordered less mee Hoon actually so should be alright.
