Do you mean the starter level cards or all Level cards. Must be the latter I suppose because you said that the bots have differenct cards.
Do any of the accounts have ONLY the starter pack cards. I'd be interested to see how far a bot can go playing just those. I wasn't able to get to Silver without adding some Beta cards.
You can look at the collection of cards of any bot.
Silver3 is quite accessible to the bot. If you add 3-5 cards reward, then silver2. add more reward cards - gold3
