Stemmit in German

I just started to translate the web frontend into German. The process is pretty straightforward and I believe that I will finish tomorrow.
If you want to translate Stemmit into your own language you can do so over at the official Github repository. (link will follow)
The required information is under src/app/locales.

Once I am finished I will post a follow up.
