OT: Recently the blacklist option came up on steemit.com, then I see that I am blacklisted by a bot provider @steemsmart , I remember they didnt like one of my posts in the past, maybe 1,5 years ago or more... if you look at the steem smart account then it hasnt done a post for 3 years and have very little SP. What gives them the authority to make a red blacklist mark on my profile?
The reason I ask you, is because when I google "steem blacklist" your name come up like you invented this blacklist system....
To me it seems like there is something wrong with this blacklist system, when an inactive account with little SP can make a red mark on my profile, what do you think?
If you are talking about @smartsteem, you need to talk to @therealwolf.
As far as I can tell, such mark doesn't appear on your profile on @steempeak and it supports the lists as well.
On steempeak.com not all the blacklists are considered. We integrate the API, but we use only the results from some lists. Probably this explain the difference.
Sure, you are correct.
I see now that it is @smartsteem and not steemsmart, I confused those two accounts... and @smartsteem has a huge stake... I dont know why they blacklisted me, I remember having problems with their voting bot... but it is way in the past... they removed the vote due to disagreement with my content, not something that should be possible for a bot in my view..(also bots are a way of the past due to HF). but anyway it happened and they blacklisted me.. for whatever reason.
I am all over the place often, so some disagreement is impossible to avoid.
Peace and stay blessed
