Dear followers and Stem-readers in general.

I thank you for your time and interest in this publication, in which I briefly describe the biogenetic process that makes possible genotypic compatibility in heterozygous modality with the dominant allele genes of 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖, which combine to express a beautiful phenotype (flower), highly valued for its ornamental and medicinal beauty. If you want to know how and why this plant has these yellow flowers with red spots, stay to read a little, you will surely like it.

Codominant Crossing

According to the specialized literature, alleles are codes possessing a dominant value by nature, they are characterized by giving a certain shape to a gene; however, it is probable the characteristic manifestation of inherited variations or modifications, for example, color.
This explains why before a codominant crossing a kind of battle is fought, if there is a competition of
alelos where both are potentially dominant and are eager to reach the final chromosomal position as procreative gene.
When we have these prototypes the ultimate result is that individuals will express both genotypes. It is precisely what happens with the codominant crossing manifested in the 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖, heterozygotes with typology of spotted mosaique.

Understanding Allelic Combinations

The allelic mixture (crossing) of the species in its plant varieties of dominant colors (yellow and red) formed the heterozygous genotype, a hybrid that in turn expressed a descending phenotype with its original properties (color) that manifested proportionally as shown in the image.

It is worth noting that the genus and species 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖 is found in its wild state in the pure variety yellow and red. When plants of the same species, whose genotypes for their variety are red flowers and other yellow ones (with dominant alleles), undergo natural crossing, the result is the one explained and shown in the images.

I conclude hoping to have explained the process of codominant crossing manifested in 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖, where the biological statutes that govern genetics are manifested, particularly the experimental section that occurs when two dominant alleles combine and meet in the same individual, manifesting their powerful domain that they share proportionally in a single final phenotype, as it occurs with the referred species and which is better known as codominance.

codominance is a relationship between two versions of the same gene. Individuals receive a version of a gene, called an allele, from each parent. If the alleles are different, the dominant allele will normally be expressed, while the effect of the other allele, called the recessive allele, is masked. But when there is co-dominance, then neither allele is recessive and the phenotype of both alleles is expressed. Source

Thank you for the recognition and support of my scientific contributions.

Greetings @Steemstem family

Genetics is truly fascinating! That we see, experience and LIVE this science everyday without mostly understanding it is sad, in a way. The magnificence is in no way diminished by understanding it.

And the most fascinating thing about this scientific knowledge is to relate and feel it with our bodily mental organs and what I call the sixth sense, the intelligence of the heart in all its splendor.

Delighted by your substantial complementary commentary, this is my first publication recognized and valued by the extraordinary healing team of @ecotrain, human talent endowed with a great human quality.

Greetings from Venezuela. Happy day full of Light and blessings. Happy day full of Light and blessings.

I love the idea of no limits or borders between knowledge - that genetics and science can be - and are - equally mystical and feeling based.

Look forward to more contributions from you under the #ecotrain tag. Good night from Thailand. :)
