Yes, Almond milk is definitely good from a nutrition side I would save it for after the workout for sure. Interestingly enough I did a post on Oat milk a while back. Really got into it and it's finally available in the stores. You can actually make it at home fairly easily. Another option for those lactose intolerant. Do you use or drink almond milk?
