Opinion
All things considered, it was not a bad day for Stellar. With the opportunity for investors to use a new exchange it can help to break the reliance of Stellar on the Bitcoin price. At present, any hit to bitcoin transfers to Stellar and the only way to stop that is for a fiat exchange.
The Korean "Crackdown" in my opinion is not that big of a deal. The measures are pretty basic and trying to tackle market manipulation isn't a bad thing.
