Yes! Assuming you plan on leaving it there for awhile. If you add more you won't have to restake since your wallet will already be registered.
And , Sorry for the late reply. Hadn't quite figured out Steemit yet.
Hey, I transfered the Stellar to the Interstellar-wallet on my mobile phone (not a pool). Just staking KCS, KMD, Stratis and Neo at the moment.
No problem, so you found the "replies"-folder now ;)
Haha, right.
If it is in a wallet, you may as well stake it. You won't regret it because it is a one-time thing. Off-exchange wallets are definitely the way to go. Wish your staking goes well. I definitely prefer it to mining.
What feature? Stellar is already much faster cheaper and more efficient than the majority of cryptocurrencies.
As mentioned some have come online in 4 months and others are further along in development but yet to be released.
Thanks a lot for sharing this. However, I am a little sceptical towards staking pools and therefore consider staking a small amount of Stellars individually on my own. Do you recommend pools or individual staking?
You need at least several million lumens before staking privately is an option. Pools need to vote and unless your holdings put you in the top 100, you have no chance on your own. If you have that much, consult an expert. If you don't, join a pool or go without.
Good catch. I will fix that. Stellar is not Turing complete, but it enables enough operations to be performed to enable some interesting smart contract applications.
Ethereum would be a much better network to use if you require more complex Turing complete programming. However, the catch is it is slower, more expensive, and exposed to more risk.
Thanks for sharing! Is it useful to transfer about 500 Stellar to a pool for staking?

I would love to start mining as well, but it´s impossible in Germany (cause the high power costs).

Stellars speed, efficiency and low cost is their best service offered. I hope to see more improvements to be made.
The team is hard working on upgrades as we speak. I am sure that their future is .... stellar.
is that features has been applied already? or is the team still working on it?
It it's applied probably because this post is 4months old now.

I think yes since its a long time ago. So far needs more exchanges and some promotions to attract more investor and has a great market value.
