A lot of crazy extravagant project being throw by politicians to impress the voters, selling the dream but care less about the feasibility. Before putting up all this proposal, there are assessment needed to be done in which need time and budget to work on. I believe a lot of cases is that these proposals are ideas from private sector and lobby into the top offices. Most of the time, the development feasibility has yet to be justified and none of the parties have money to start the real work (construction). Really need to look into solid action plan that can help all the states, one at a time and by their local citizens 😁 you are the voice of Labuan too what.
