Post Mortem and Progress SteemXP

It was nice to catch up with the rest of SteemXP Co founding members and volunteers, these guys and gals are the one responsible and making the recent #borneoblockchain summit a success. Unfortunately, quite a number of them couldn't make it as this meet up was help in the afternoon.

We went through with all our meeting and details and see through where we did right and what areas can we improve for next year event.

Ultimately, thanks to the partners, sponsors and speaker of Borneo blockchain summit for supporting or else the event wouldn't be much value to anyone.

The event was costed as break-even, and we are so happy about it as at least we don't have two come up with anymore cash to pay for anymore expenditure.

Collectively we received 236 registered and paid for the event. We also learn that quite a number of them didn't turn up.

While there are some hiccups that was brought up, I guess it was all lesson learn so we can do better next year, having said that there was more awesome moment making. All the small hiccups as nothing and most importantly it was dealt with and rectify on the spot during the event.

After the post mortem, we also discuss on what new project and plan we aim to achieve for @steemxp. I brief them on the proposed southeast Asia community news press that we aim to work on, find out more here

We also brief everyone on @angeljames bonfire project, and everyone was onboard but I can't share much about it here just yet as there is lots to iron out with @angeljames and team.

Today meet up was awesome, spirit was good and we plan for several small event including a steemit bootcamp by month end and coming Monday an invitation by Sabah Tourism Board to Learn and understand more about steem blockchain and how it can be used to help the tourism promotion for the state tourism.

Damn, lots of things to do, and SteemXp community as well as user of steemit in this region is definitely growing ,especially with interest from the state government agencies.
